Shawl Wallah sells pieces handmade by multiple artisans using many traditional means. This results in beautiful, one-of-a-kind shawls that often have minor flaws and imperfections. We love these, as they tell a story for each item we sell.

However, there is a difference between minor imperfections and product defects.

If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help:

Defective Returns

For defective product returns we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective product returns we offer returns or exchanges, less shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  1. Order Number

  2. Full Name, Return Address, and Phone Number

  3. Reason for return/exchange request
